    No, we do not provide any kind of packaging material. You have to pack your parcel by yourself with your own packaging.

    We accept cash and we also support card transactions at our branches.

    Yes. we didn’t ship illegal items. and we also didn’t ship liquids without proper packaging.

    You can reroute any package, you need to receive it if it’s already sent then forward it with another order.

    Don’t worry about it. we will wait for 3 days and try to contact you again and again. it means you will have a lot of attempts to receive it.

    You can’t return it as we are only courier services but you can resend it to your shipper if you don’t want that package.
